Our story

A small studio that still makes everything by hand

Sandy Beads began with one beaded pouch made as a gift. Today every bag still starts the same way: a sketch, a tray of premium beads and pearls, and a few long evenings of stringing.

Nothing is mass produced. A single bag takes days to finish, which is why each one is made to order and why small requests — a longer strap, a different pearl tone, a monogrammed lining — are always welcome.

How a bag is made

  1. 1. Choose. Pick a design from the collection or describe what you have in mind.
  2. 2. Confirm. We agree on beads, colour, size, and a finish date over Messenger.
  3. 3. Craft. Your bag is strung by hand, usually within one to two weeks.
  4. 4. Deliver. It ships in a dust bag, ready to gift.
